Mr. Zero’s Film Reviews: Article #19-S July -2018
By: RLSchwinden
As Mr. Zero’s 55113 sponsors at least 7 films a year, (you can find out about FREE Passes & Swag on our social media: fb, Twtter, Pintrest, MySpace & Instagram) including the Local Films of Christopher R. Mihm out of St. Paul, in fact “Guns Of The Apocalypse” is due out in October 2018 (another Mihm Film, I, MrZerr0 am in & will be airing at CRYPTICON MPLS 2018 in Bloomington, MN.) so this is one of the many films Mr. Zero’s Sponsored this year.
I did not know what to expect seeing the ad photo of a Keyboard. I went anyway (because I Love Popcorn) there was a brief Trailer before the film explaining the intentions of the films Producer, which did prepare me for what I was about to see.
The movie is filmed from the perspective of today’s world, from a Computer, a Cellphone & Laptop, using Voicemail, Texting, Social Media Sites & Video Chatting. This was a little distracting at first, but after 10 to 15 minutes, I got used to it. To me this film is clearly geared towards the younger generation; 14 -24, and in my opinion, this film will most likely be a trend setter, in that many films for a while will be produced in the same style.
This notwithstanding, I found this to be a really good film, over all, basically it’s a mystery, with some misdirection & twists, but a really good story overall. I find it really hard to write about New Films, as to not make a “Spoiler Alert”.
In any case if you ask me, this film is worth watching …. MrZerro
